What we collect, and what we do with it.

This page explains what Smart Path Solutions collects through this website and why. Plain language, no legalese.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the form on our home page, we receive:
- your name
- your business name
- your phone number
- your trade or industry, if you pick one (it’s optional)
- the time you submitted it, and which page you submitted it from
That is the entire list. We don’t ask for a street address, and this site never asks for payment details.
What we use it for
One thing: getting back to you. We text or call you to set up a short chat about whether Sarah is a fit for your business. We don’t add you to a newsletter and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. The form sends your details to our own inbox at info@smartpathsolutions.ca, through automation running on our own server. If we ever need a supplier to handle something on our behalf, they receive only what is needed to do that job and nothing more.
Tracking
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies. The only request the page makes to an outside company is to Google Fonts, to load the typefaces — which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving those files, the same as on most sites that use web fonts.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful to the conversation you started. If you tell us you are not interested, we stop contacting you.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email info@smartpathsolutions.ca and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and you don’t need to give a reason.
